Generosity and Kindness

SUMMARY: The Prophet taught that one should be generous and kind to others.

(Another chain) from Ali : from the Prophet similarly (no. 598).
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَحْسَنُ شَيْءٍ رُوِيَ فِي تَطَوُّعِ النَّبِيِّ فِي النَّهَارِ هَذَا ‏.‏ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُضَعِّفُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ‏.‏ وَإِنَّمَا ضَعَّفَهُ عِنْدَنَا وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ لأَنَّهُ لاَ يُرْوَى مِثْلُ هَذَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ إِلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ‏.‏ وَعَاصِمُ بْنُ ضَمْرَةَ هُوَ ثِقَةٌ عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ‏.‏ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ كُنَّا نَعْرِفُ فَضْلَ حَدِيثِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَلَى حَدِيثِ الْحَارِثِ

We should not judge them based on their appearance or status in society but rather look at them as equals who deserve our love and care. By doing this, we can create a better world for everyone around us.

The Prophet also taught that it is important to give charity generously without expecting anything in return. He said that when we give charity out of kindness, it will bring blessings upon ourselves as well as those who receive it from us. This hadith encourages us to be generous with our time, money, and resources so that we can help make the world a better place for all of humanity.
