QUICK LESSONS:
Strive for self-control even when faced with anger.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that true strength does not come from physical power or wrestling prowess, but rather from having self-control and being able to restrain oneself even when faced with anger. It emphasizes that it takes more courage and strength to remain calm and composed than it does to give into our emotions. We should strive to practice this virtue so that we can become better people and have better relationships with those around us.
