This Hadith is about the importance of performing Ghusl according to Prophet Muhammad's teachings. It is narrated by Yunus and Ma'mar who reported it from Az-Zuhri who in turn reported it from Salim Wudu who heard it directly from his father. In this Hadith, we learn that Umar bin Al-Khattab was giving a Khutbah on Friday when a man entered and asked what time it was. The man replied that he had only performed Wudu but not Ghusl yet as commanded by the Messenger of Allah. Upon hearing this, Umar reminded him to perform Ghusl as well since it is an important part of following Islamic teachings and obeying Allah's commands. This Hadith teaches us about the importance of following Islamic teachings in our daily lives and being obedient to Allah's commands at all times so we can be rewarded with His blessings in this life and hereafter.
