QUICK LESSONS:
Perform Gusul before attending Jumu'ah Prayer

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of performing ritual ablution or ghusl before attending the weekly congregational prayer on Fridays. It is narrated by Salim, his father, and his grandfather that they heard Prophet Muhammad saying that whoever comes to attend the Friday prayer should perform ghusl beforehand. Performing ghusl is a form of purification for Muslims as it washes away any physical impurities and prepares them spiritually for their prayers. Therefore, this hadith encourages Muslims to take part in the weekly congregational prayer while being in a state of purity and cleanliness both physically and spiritually.
