QUICK LESSONS:
Pray regularly during night time, Be consistent in your prayers

EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Aishah, the Prophet Muhammad (S) used to pray 11 Rak’ahs at night. He would start his prayer with one and then complete it with another. This shows us how important it is for Muslims to pray regularly and especially during the night time as this was something that was practiced by our beloved prophet himself. It also teaches us that we should be consistent in our prayers and not give up easily if we find it difficult or challenging. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as a reminder for us to take care of our physical health by getting enough rest after praying so that we can be energized for the next day's activities.
