QUICK LESSONS:
Prioritize your needs before attending to religious obligations . Take care of yourself by having meals on time .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith conveys an important message from the Prophet Muhammad about prioritizing supper over salat. When supper is present and the call for salat has been made, it is better to begin with supper first before performing salat. This teaches us that we should prioritize our needs and take care of them before attending to religious obligations. It also shows us that we should not neglect our physical needs in favor of spiritual ones as both are equally important in Islam. We must strive to maintain a balance between them so that we can be healthy in body and soul.

The Prophet Muhammad was known for his kindness and compassion towards all people, regardless of their faith or background. He taught us that taking care of ourselves is just as important as fulfilling our religious duties, which includes having meals on time so that we can stay healthy and energized throughout the day. By following this advice from the Prophet Muhammad, we can ensure that both our physical needs are met while still fulfilling our spiritual obligations at the same time.
