QUICK LESSONS:
Perform prostration during prayer with your knees placed on the ground before your hands and raise your hands before your knees when getting up from prostration .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrated by Wa’il bin Hujr describes how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) performed prostration during prayer. He would place his knees on the ground before placing his hands and when he got up from prostration he would raise his hands before raising his knees. This is an important part of prayer as it is a physical demonstration of humility and submission to Allah SWT. It also serves as a reminder to believers that they should always be humble in their dealings with others and strive to submit themselves to Allah SWT in all aspects of life.

The act of prostration also serves as a reminder that we are all equal in front of Allah SWT regardless of our social or economic status; everyone must bow down in humility when praying to Him. Furthermore, it teaches us that we should always strive for excellence in our worship and never take it lightly or become complacent about it.
