QUICK LESSONS:
Hold your knees while sitting

EXPLANATIONS:
Umar bin Al-Khattab [may Allah be pleased with him] taught us that it is a part of the sunnah to hold our knees when we are sitting. This means that when we sit, we should keep our legs together and not spread them out. This is a sign of respect and humility, as well as being mindful of how we present ourselves in public. It also shows that we are aware of our surroundings and not taking up too much space or making ourselves look bigger than necessary. By following this sunnah, it will help us to stay focused on what matters most - worshipping Allah and living according to His teachings.
