Women Leaving After Morning Prayer

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the time when women would leave after the morning prayer and how they were not recognizable due to the darkness.

Aishah narrated: "Allah's Messenger would pray Subh (at such time that) the women would leave (after the prayer)" - AI-AnsarI (one of the narrators) said - the women would pass by wrapped in their Mirts and they would not be recognizable due to the darkness". And Qutaibah said: "covered". (instead of "wrapped")

This hadith teaches us about modesty as it was important for women to be covered so that no one could recognize them in public. It also shows us how important it is for Muslims to pray their daily prayers on time as Prophet Muhammad used to do so regularly.
