The Prophet's Practice of Not Performing Wudu After Ghusl

SUMMARY: The Prophet would not perform Wudu after taking a Ghusl.

Aishah narrated: "The Prophet would not perform Wudu after the Ghusl".
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ كَانَ لاَ يَتَوَضَّأُ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَهَذَا قَوْلُ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ وَالتَّابِعِينَ أَنْ لاَ يَتَوَضَّأَ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ
