Wudu and Women's Purification

SUMMARY: The Prophet forbade a man from using the leftover water from a woman's purification or drinking for his own wudu.

Al-Hakim bin Amr AI-Ghifari narrated that: "The Prophet forbade that a man should perform Wudu with the leftover (water) from a woman's purification". Or, he said: "from her drinking".
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَاجِبٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ نَهَى أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ ‏.‏ أَوْ قَالَ ‏ "‏ بِسُؤْرِهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ‏.‏ وَأَبُو حَاجِبٍ اسْمُهُ سَوَادَةُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ فِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ
