QUICK LESSONS:
Seek refuge in God before doing anything; Ask for help; Remember that God is always with you; Trust His protection.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of seeking refuge in Allah from evil spirits. It was narrated by Anas bin Malik that when the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ entered a toilet he would say “O Allah! Indeed I seek refuge in You from Al-Khubith and Al-Khaba'ith”. This shows us how important it is to ask for protection and safety before doing anything. We should always remember to ask for protection and safety before we do anything, even something as simple as going to the bathroom. We should also remember that no matter what we are doing or where we are going, Allah is always with us and will protect us if we ask Him for help.
