QUICK LESSONS:
Show respect & honor towards those who are in positions of power & authority

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of showing respect to those in authority. It is narrated by Shubah that when someone came near the mosque, he said to the Ansar; stand up showing respect to your chief. This hadith teaches us that we should show respect and honor towards those who are in positions of power and authority. We should not forget that they have been placed there for a reason and it is our duty as Muslims to show them due respect and honor. We must also remember that this applies not only within our own communities but also on a global level - we must always strive for peace and harmony between nations regardless of their differences or disagreements.
