QUICK LESSONS:
Perform Ghusl and Wudu before performing acts of worship such as prayer
EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to perform a ritualistic bath which involved pouring water over his head three times. This is known as ghusl in Islamic terminology and is an important part of purifying oneself before performing certain acts of worship such as prayer. It is also recommended for Muslims to perform wudu before prayer which involves washing certain parts of the body with water. Both ghusl and wudu are important rituals in Islam that help us stay clean and spiritually connected with Allah SWT.
