Recite prayers regularly in both mornings and evenings for protection from Allah .

This hadith is about the power of prayer and its importance in our lives. It was narrated by Daughter of the Prophet, AbdulHamid, a client of Banu Hashim who said that his mother served some daughters of the Prophet. One daughter said that her father used to teach her a special prayer which she should recite in the morning and evening for protection from Allah. The prayer includes praising Allah for His power and knowledge as well as acknowledging that whatever He wills will come to pass while whatever He does not will does not come to pass. Whoever recites this prayer in the morning will be guarded till evening while whoever recites it in the evening will be guarded till morning.
