Return salutations when greeted with peace; Respond when someone sneezes; Accept invitations; Visit those who are sick; Accompany funerals of deceased brothers in faith.

This hadith is about the qualities that Muslims should display towards their brothers. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should return salutations when someone greets us with peace, respond when someone sneezes near us by saying ‘Yarhamukallah’ or ‘May Allah have mercy on you’, accept invitations from others even if we don’t feel like going out and socializing at the time, visit those who are sick and offer them our support and prayers for recovery and accompany funerals of our deceased brothers in faith. These five qualities are essential for any Muslim to practice in order to build strong relationships with other Muslims as well as strengthen their own faith.
