Have joyous nature like our beloved prophet(ﷺ); Respect playtime for children; Be knowledgeable about past prophets; Appreciate small things in life .

This hadith narrates an incident that happened when the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ returned from an expedition to either Tabuk or Khaybar. He noticed a curtain that was hung in front of Aisha's storeroom and it revealed some dolls which belonged to her. Among them was a toy horse with wings made of rags and upon seeing this the Prophet ﷺ asked what it was and she replied that it is a horse with two wings. She then mentioned how even Solomon had horses with wings which made the Prophet ﷺ laugh heartily so much so that his molar teeth were visible. This hadith teaches us about the amusement and joyous nature of our beloved prophet ﷺ as well as his knowledge about past prophets such as Solomon who also had horses with wings according to Islamic tradition. It also shows us how important playtime is for children and how we should not be too strict on them while they are playing or having fun since even our beloved prophet ﷺ found joy in these activities himself!
