Use just enough water to get clean without wasting any resources

This hadith is about taking baths with limited amounts of water. It was narrated by Abu Ja’far and Jabir bin 'Abdullah, who were present when some people asked Jabir bin 'Abdullah about how much water should be used for bathing. He replied that one Sa’ is enough, which is equivalent to four mudds or two kilograms in weight. To emphasize this point, he gave an example from the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ who had more hair than those present but still only used one Sa’ for his bath. This shows us that we should not use too much water when bathing as it can be wasteful and unnecessary; instead we should use just enough to get clean without wasting any resources.
