EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith tells us about the morning routine of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. After he prayed his dawn prayer, he would remain seated in that spot until the sun had risen well up into the sky. This teaches us that we should be mindful of our actions and take time to reflect on our day before it begins. We can also learn from this that we should be consistent with our daily routines and strive to make them beneficial for ourselves and those around us.
