Treat everyone kindly regardless of rank or social standing; Recognize those who have achieved higher positions in society due to hard work; Show respect for all individuals; Do not discriminate against anyone based on background or wealth; Be fair when dealing with others.

This hadith talks about the importance of respecting people according to their ranks and status. It was narrated by Maimun ibn Abu Shabib, who reported that a beggar passed by Aisha and she gave him a piece of bread. When another man who wore clothes and had a good appearance passed by her, she made him sit down and he ate with her. When asked why she treated them differently, Aisha replied that the Prophet Muhammad said “treat the people according to their ranks”. This means that we should respect everyone regardless of their social or economic status, but at the same time we should also recognize those who have achieved higher positions in society due to hard work or other merits. We should not discriminate against anyone based on their background or wealth but rather treat everyone with kindness and respect regardless of where they come from or what they have achieved in life.
