Do your best and put forth your best effort into all of your actions so you can reap their rewards in the hereafter; strive for excellence; do good deeds; help others; put forth effort into one's actions.

This hadith is about not hesitating when it comes to doing good deeds for the next world. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that there should be no hesitation in anything except when it comes to actions of the next world. This means that we should not hesitate or procrastinate when it comes to doing good deeds and helping others as these are actions that will benefit us in the afterlife. We should strive to do our best and put forth our best effort into all of our actions so that we can reap their rewards in the hereafter.
