EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of being gentle in our actions and how it can be rewarded by Allah. It is reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that “Allah is gentle, likes gentleness, and gives for gentleness what he does not give for harshness”. This means that if we are kind and gentle with others then we will receive a reward from God which we would not have received if we were harsh or unkind to them. Being kind to others can take many forms such as speaking kindly to them, helping them out when they need it or even just smiling at them when you pass by. All these small acts of kindness can be rewarded by God in ways that cannot be imagined! Therefore, this hadith encourages us to always act gently towards others so that we may receive the blessings of God in return.
