The Power of Allah's Words

SUMMARY: Aishah was surprised that Allah spoke about her in a way that would be recited.

'A’ishah said: I thought in my mind that my affair was far inferior to the speaking of Allah about me with a command that will be recited.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَعَلْقَمَةُ بْنُ وَقَّاصٍ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ حَدِيثِ، عَائِشَةَ وَكُلٌّ حَدَّثَنِي طَائِفَةً، مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ قَالَتْ وَلَشَأْنِي فِي نَفْسِي كَانَ أَحْقَرَ مِنْ أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ اللَّهُ فِيَّ بِأَمْرٍ يُتْلَى

This hadith speaks to the power of Allah's words. It is narrated by 'Aishah who was surprised to find out that Allah had spoken about her in a way that would be recited. It also shows how much respect we should have for the words of Allah and how we should strive to share them with others so they can benefit from them as well.

The hadith also speaks to the importance of reflecting on our own lives and understanding our place in relation to God's will.
