The Best of All Creatures

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was asked who the best of all creatures was, and he replied that it was Abraham (peace be upon him).

Anas said: A man said to the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him): O best of all creatures! The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) said : That was Abraham (peace be upon him).
حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُخْتَارِ بْنِ فُلْفُلٍ، يَذْكُرُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ يَا خَيْرَ الْبَرِيَّةِ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ "‏ ذَاكَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ
