Captivity and Hair Growth

SUMMARY: A hadith about a person being put among captives after it was discovered that the hair on their private parts had not yet begun to grow.

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by 'Abd al- Malik b. 'Umar through a different chain of narrators. This version has: They uncovered my private parts, and when they found that the hair had not begun to grow they put me among the captives.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فَكَشَفُوا عَانَتِي فَوَجَدُوهَا لَمْ تَنْبُتْ فَجَعَلُونِي فِي السَّبْىِ
