Adultery and Confession

SUMMARY: A man named Maiz was ordered by Huzzal to go to the Prophet and tell him about his adultery.

Ibn al-Muakadir said: Huzzal had ordered Ma’iz to go to the prophet and tell him(about his having committed adultery).
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، أَنَّ هَزَّالاً، أَمَرَ مَاعِزًا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ النَّبِيَّ فَيُخْبِرَهُ
