EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the suffering that people can experience due to thirst, and how it can even lead to death. It was narrated by Anas b. Malik, who said he saw someone biting the earth with their teeth out of desperation for water, and eventually dying from lack of hydration. This hadith serves as a reminder for us all that we should be grateful for what we have, especially access to clean water which many people in this world do not have access too. We should also remember those who are less fortunate than us and try our best to help them in any way possible so they don't suffer like this person did in this hadith.
