Follow Islamic customs & be mindful in actions .

This hadith is about the importance of following the fashion of Muslims and not that of Jews. It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik and Al-Hajjaj ibn Hassan. The story goes that when Al-Hajjaj visited Anas, his sister al-Mughirah noticed that he had two locks of hair. Anas then blessed him and advised him to shave or clip them as this was the fashion among Jews at the time. This shows us how important it is to follow Islamic customs instead of those from other religions or cultures, as it can lead us away from our faith if we do not take care in what we do. We should always strive to be mindful in our actions so as to stay true to our beliefs and values as Muslims.
