Follow Islamic Laws

This hadith is about the punishment that should be given to a slave girl if she commits illegal sexual intercourse. According to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, if she does it once, she should be scourged; if she does it again, then scourging her again is necessary; and if she repeats it, then scourging her again is necessary. On the third or fourth offense, he said that one should sell her even for a hair rope. This hadith teaches us that Islam has strict laws against any kind of immoral behavior and prescribes punishments accordingly in order to maintain justice in society. It also teaches us that we must follow these laws as they are set by Allah SWT and His Messenger ﷺ in order to lead an upright life according to Islamic teachings.
