QUICK LESSONS:
Use respectful language when addressing people
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to use respectful language when addressing people. He said that instead of saying “Feed your lord”, we should say “Feed your master”, and instead of saying “my slave” or “my girl-slave”, we should say “my lad” or “my lass”. This hadith teaches us to be mindful of our words and to always show respect for others by using polite language. It is important for us to remember that everyone deserves respect regardless of their age, gender, or social status.
