Sunan Abi Dawud 3987 (Book 32, Hadith 19) #24277
Glittering Paradise for Believers

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ said that a man from the Illiyyun will look down upon the people of Paradise and it will be glittering like a brilliant star. Abu Bakr and Umar will also be among them with additional blessings.

Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri: The Prophet said: A man from the Illiyyun will look downwards at the people of Paradise and Paradise will be glittering as if it were a brilliant star. He (the narrator) said: In this way the word durri (brilliant) occurs in this tradition, ie the letter dal (d) has short vowel u and it has no hamzah ('). AbuBakr and Umar will be of them and will have some additional blessings.
