Taking the Station of Abraham as a Place of Prayer

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ read a Qur'anic verse that encourages people to take the Station of Abraham as a place of prayer.

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet read the Qur'anic verse, "And take ye the Station of Abraham as a place of prayer.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ قَرَأَ ‏{‏ وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى
