People's Entitlement to Price Over Allah

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ taught that people are more entitled to the price of something than Allah.

The tradition mentioned above also has been transmitted by Jabir b. 'Abd Allah through a different chain of narrators. This version added: The Prophet said: You are more entitled to his price, and Allah has no need of it.

QUICK LESSONS:
Pay or receive the correct amount for goods/services; Use money responsibly according to God's teachings; Put God first in all aspects of life; Respect others; Be responsible with finances.
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that people have a right to the price of something over and above what is due to Allah. This means that when we buy or sell something, we should be sure to pay or receive the correct amount for it. We should not try and take advantage of someone else by offering them less than they deserve for their goods or services. Furthermore, this hadith reminds us that although money is important in our lives, it is not as important as our relationship with God and doing what He has commanded us to do. We should always strive to put God first in all aspects of our lives and remember that He does not need money from us but rather wants us to use it responsibly according to His teachings.
