Examine your food carefully before consuming it

The hadith narrated by Anas ibn Malik tells us that the Prophet Muhammad was very careful when it came to food. He would examine any food he was given, even if it were just some old dates, and make sure there were no worms in them before consuming them. This teaches us that we should always be mindful of what we eat and take care to ensure that our food is safe for consumption. We should also be aware of the importance of cleanliness when it comes to our food, as this can help prevent illnesses or other health issues from occurring due to contamination or other factors.
