Strive to maintain balance and moderation in all aspects of life; Be mindful about what you consume and how much you consume; Have preferences but do not be excessive with them.

This hadith narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had a preference for the bones of sheep over other types of bones.
