Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet said: When one of you eats, he must not eat from the top of the dish, but should eat from the bottom; for the blessing descends from the top of it.

QUICK LESSONS:
Seek blessing through eating from bottom of a dish
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that when we eat, we should not take food from the top of the dish but rather from the bottom. This is because blessings come down from above and by eating from the bottom, we can receive these blessings. It is important to remember that this hadith does not only apply to food but also to other things in life such as knowledge and wisdom. We should always strive to seek out knowledge and wisdom by looking for it at its source instead of relying on what others have said or done before us. By doing so, we can be sure that our actions are based on true understanding and insight rather than hearsay or assumptions.
