EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of helping fellow Muslims in need. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that if any Muslim is a guest of people and they do not provide them with anything for entertainment, it is the duty of every other Muslim to help them by taking from their crop or property for one night. This hadith teaches us that we should always be willing to help our brothers and sisters in Islam when they are in need. We should never turn away someone who needs our assistance and instead strive to make sure that everyone has what they need. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about the importance of hospitality as it encourages us to provide guests with whatever we can offer them even if it’s just for one night.
