Be mindful of your actions; Avoid engaging in activities not permissible according to Islamic teachings; Be conscious of your environment; Take care not to harm any living creature unnecessarily or without cause; Strive towards being kind and compassionate towards all creatures regardless their size or species .

The hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas states that the Prophet Muhammad forbade certain practices. Specifically, he prohibited drinking from the mouth of a water-skin, riding an animal which feeds on filth and eating an animal which is killed in confinement. Abu Dawud further explains that Jallalah refers to an animal which eats filth and impurities.
