Avoid urinating in stagnant waters

This hadith teaches us that it is forbidden to urinate in stagnant water which does not flow. This means that if there is a body of water such as a lake or pond which does not have any current or movement of the water then it should be avoided for urination purposes. If one needs to wash themselves after using the restroom then they should find another source of running water instead.
