This hadith speaks about the reliability of a narrator, al-Harith bin 'Umair. Uqbah bin al-Harith and Hammad bin Zaid both transmitted this tradition through different chains of narrators. Abu Dawud said that Hammad looked at al-Harith and said that he was reliable from Ayyub.
