Governance Instructions from the Prophet Muhammad

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad sent Mu'adh bin Jabal to Yemen and gave him instructions on how to govern the people.

Mu'adh bin Jabal said that when the Messenger of Allah sent him to the Yemen. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَوْنٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ نَاسٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَمَّا بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ
