No Right of Pre-emption in Divided Land

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ taught that when land has been divided and boundaries have been set up, there is no right of pre-emption in it.

Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet said: When land has been divided and boundaries have been set up, there is no right of pre-emption in it.

QUICK LESSONS:
Be fair and just when dealing with others; Do not try to take advantage of someone else's situation; Respect other people's property rights; Follow established laws regarding property ownership.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that when land has been divided and boundaries have been set up, there is no right of pre-emption. This means that if someone wants to buy a piece of land, they cannot claim the right to buy it before anyone else because the division and boundaries are already established. This hadith also teaches us about fairness and justice as it ensures that everyone has an equal chance to purchase a piece of land without any bias or favoritism. It also encourages people to be honest in their dealings with others as they should not try to take advantage of someone else's situation by claiming rights over something which does not belong to them.
