QUICK LESSONS:
Abide by Islamic teachings , Follow rules set by Allah
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ came out and recited the last verses of Surat al-Baqarah to his companions. In these verses, Allah has forbidden trading in wine. This means that it is not allowed to buy or sell any type of alcoholic beverage, as it is considered a sin according to Islamic teachings. The Prophet ﷺ wanted to make sure that everyone was aware of this ruling and so he made sure to recite the verses for all his companions so they could understand and abide by them. This hadith teaches us that we should always be mindful of our actions and strive to follow the teachings of Islam in order to stay on the right path.
