Rights of Business Transactions

SUMMARY: This hadith explains that both parties in a business transaction have the right to annul it as long as they have not separated, except in a conditional bargain.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: The Messenger of Allah as saying: Each one of the two parties in a business has an option (to annul it) against the other party so long as they have not separated, except in a conditional bargain.

QUICK LESSONS:
Be honest and fair when conducting business transactions and respect each other's rights even if you disagree on certain matters.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the rights of two parties involved in a business transaction. It states that both parties have the right to annul their agreement before they separate, unless it is a conditional bargain. A conditional bargain is an agreement between two people where one party agrees to do something if the other party does something else first. In this case, neither party has the right to annul their agreement until one of them fulfills their part of the deal. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should be fair and honest when conducting business transactions and respect each other's rights even if we disagree on certain matters.
