Prohibiting Payment for Stallion Covering

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad forbade taking money for covering a stallion.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The Messenger of Allah forbade (taking hire for) a stallion's covering.
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَسْبِ الْفَحْلِ
