Be Honest & Just in your dealings with others; Have successful partnerships; Remain fair & honest even if you don't get what you want out of a partnership; Respect your partners' opinions & decisions; Treat your partners fairly & equally; Work together for mutual benefit.

This hadith is about the importance of honesty and justice when it comes to partnerships. It teaches us that Allah is always present when two people are working together in a partnership, as long as they are honest and just with each other.
