Transmitting Traditions

SUMMARY: The hadith is about a tradition that has been transmitted by Abu Sa'id al-Ru'aini.

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Abu Sa'id al-Ru'aini with the same chain as narrated by Yahya (b. Sa'id) and to the same effect.
حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَىَّ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَحْرٍ، مَوْلَى لِبَنِي ضَمْرَةَ - وَكَانَ أَيَّمَا رَجُلٍ - أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الرُّعَيْنِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِ يَحْيَى وَمَعْنَاهُ
