Be careful when writing things down so that our words are clear and understood by everyone who reads them .

This hadith is about the prohibition of writing on a paper or anything added to it. It was narrated by Jabir through a different chain of transmitters as well as Uthman and Musaddad and Abu Dawud. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should not write anything on paper or add anything to it because this could lead to confusion in understanding what is written down. He also taught us that if something is written down then it should be clear so that there are no misunderstandings between people who read it. We can learn from this hadith that we should be careful when writing things down so that our words are clear and understood by everyone who reads them. We should also make sure not to add any extra information which could lead to confusion or misunderstanding between people who read what we have written down.
