QUICK LESSONS:
Pray for those who have passed away respectfully and compassionately
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet's practice of praying for those who have passed away. It is narrated by Samurah bin Jundab that he saw the Prophet praying over a woman who had died in childbirth. He was standing opposite her waist, which indicates that he was leading the prayer from there. This shows us how important it is to pray for those who have passed away, as it can bring them peace and comfort even after their death. Additionally, this hadith also teaches us to be respectful when dealing with deceased people, as we should not stand too close to them or touch them unnecessarily during burial rituals or prayers.
