Shrouding the Prophet Muhammad

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad was shrouded in a garment of Yemeni stuff and then it was removed from him.

Narrated 'Aishah: That the Messenger of Allah was shrouded in a garment of Yemeni stuff, it was then removed from him.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ أُدْرِجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فِي ثَوْبٍ حِبَرَةٍ ثُمَّ أُخِّرَ عَنْهُ
